Our role
We arrange flights as agent for licensed charter operators. The operating carrier is named in your confirmation and its conditions of carriage apply to the flight.
Prices and estimates
Online prices are estimates based on flight time, positioning, fees and season. The operator confirms the aircraft and final price before you are charged. Empty legs are sold at the fixed price shown, for the whole aircraft.
Card holds, deposits and balances
A card hold authorises the amount shown without charging it. We capture it once the operator confirms your flight, or release it if they cannot; unconfirmed holds are released automatically. Where a deposit is paid, the balance is due before departure as shown on your booking page.
Payments and invoices
Payments are processed by our payment providers. An invoice is available on your booking page for every payment.
Changes and cancellation
You may cancel free of charge until the operator confirms your flight. After confirmation, the cancellation terms of your charter agreement apply. Empty-leg departure times follow the operator’s schedule and can change.
Illustrative catalogue
Demo aircraft specifications, routes and generated photography are illustrative. Range, capacity and suitability depend on the actual aircraft, routing, conditions and operator approval. Empty-leg demo listings are not live inventory.
Withdrawal
Withdrawing a request changes its enquiry status only. Any confirmed travel is governed by the separate operator’s contract.
