Information stored
Forms store the contact details, itinerary, preferences and message you enter in this WordPress database, together with a timestamp and your WordPress account ID if signed in. Do not send passport details or sensitive documents through these forms.
Payments
Card and PayPal payments are processed by the payment providers enabled on this site (for example Stripe, PayPal or Square). Card details go directly to the provider and are never stored here. We keep a record of each payment (amount, date, method, card brand and last four digits) and issue invoices, which we retain for accounting.
Access and notifications
Site administrators can review all requests. Customers can view their own bookings through the private link we email them, or in My requests when signed in. We email booking updates, payment receipts and invoices to the address you give us.
Your choices
Open trip enquiries can be withdrawn by their owner. Withdrawal changes status and does not delete data. Contact the administrator to request deletion or export. WordPress privacy tools support export and erasure of NoyaJet requests by email address; payment and invoice records are kept where the law requires.
Cookies
WordPress uses authentication cookies when you sign in. This theme does not add advertising trackers. Other plugins may have their own data practices.
