How does private charter work?
Start with your itinerary and preferences. A charter operator reviews the route, sources suitable aircraft and supplies a quote. Agreements, payment arrangements and explicit operator confirmation follow before travel.
Does submitting a request confirm my flight?
No. Every request remains pending review. No aircraft is reserved and no flight is confirmed by this website alone.
Can I request a round trip or multiple cities?
Yes. The booking form supports one-way, round-trip and up to four multi-city legs. Each departure uses the selected airport’s local time.
How is a charter price calculated?
The operator considers the route, aircraft, positioning, schedule, airport costs and requested services. We do not display an invented instant price; you request a tailored quote.
Can I bring pets or extra luggage?
Add your requirements when planning your journey. Suitability, baggage limits and any conditions must be confirmed for the specific aircraft.
What is an empty-leg flight?
An empty leg is a repositioning flight with a set route and a departure window. Availability may change with the underlying itinerary. The sample listings here demonstrate the enquiry process.
What happens when I submit a request?
Your request is saved privately for the charter team and you receive a private link to follow it. A request alone does not charge you or confirm a flight: you pay only once you accept a price, with a card hold on the booking form or from your quote.
Can I withdraw a request?
Yes. Open requests that have not been paid can be withdrawn from your booking page or from My requests. Once a payment or card hold is in place, ask for a cancellation from your booking page; the booking terms apply.
How does a card hold work?
Your bank authorises the amount shown, but nothing is charged. When the operator confirms your aircraft, the hold is captured. If they cannot, it is released automatically.
How can I pay?
By card with 3-D Secure, PayPal or bank transfer, depending on the methods shown at checkout. Card details go straight to the payment provider and never touch this website. An invoice is available for every payment.
