Delivery options

Order processing

Orders placed before 2 pm on a business day are usually dispatched the same day, and all orders within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Returns

If you are not completely happy, return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Returns are free.

1. Send us a message with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. We’ll email you a prepaid return label.
3. Pack the items securely and drop the parcel off.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we check it and refund your original payment method within 5 business days. We’ll email you when the refund is on its way.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Return the original item and place a new order. It’s the fastest way to get the item you want.

Damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with a photo. We’ll send a replacement or a full refund straight away.
