About this project
A fit-out in Newark, NJ, delivered across 22 months. The brief asked for a space that would open on the agreed date and trade through its first year without a snag list — so the specification was set early, priced once, and held to.
Many trades shared each floor at once, so the programme was built around the ceiling void: services first, tested, then the grid. Weekly reports went to the client with photographs, a cost position and the next fortnight of work.
