About this project
A remodel in Brooklyn, NY, delivered across 7 weeks. The brief asked for a room that works harder without losing the character of the house — so the layout and the finishes were fixed early, priced once, and held to.
The family stayed at home throughout. We sealed off the work area, protected floors and stairs, and agreed working hours before day one. Every Friday the client had a written update with photographs, the cost position and the next week of work.
