About this project
A base build in Jersey City, NJ, delivered across 19 months. The brief asked for a building that would hold its value and its finish — so the specification was set early, priced once, and held to.
We ran the programme in five stages with a fixed sequence for every trade. Weekly reports went to the client with photographs, a cost position and the next fortnight of work. Nothing was invoiced that had not been signed off.
